a member of the Society of Decorative Painters, Cheri earned first her Certified
Decorative Artist Degree in 1985, and then became one of 54 Master Decorative Artists with the Society
of Decorative Painters in 1997, having completed and passed the three designs required. As a decorative artist and an oil painter, Cheri is well known for her still life studies, and her pattern packet line of decorative art designs.
Located in the quiet country side of Southern Indiana. She is doing her home workshops in the Historic Town of Corydon, Indiana. Corydon was the first Capital of the State of Indiana. Her studio hosts decorative art seminars, color theory, and art instruction classes for decorative painters and folk artists alike. The 2008/2009 seminar schedule is posted and is in full swing.
